The work

Regenta website

Regenta

London property marketing

Regenta sells new homes for developers, housing associations and local authorities. Every development has its own page, plots and floorplans, and enquiries go straight into the CRM. When SiteSales became Regenta, we were asked back for a full rebuild.

Crown Mayfair website

Crown Mayfair

London super prime sales

A London property advisory whose clients expect discretion first. A quiet site, with a members area that gives verified clients the detail of each property.

In property, the site does the first viewing.

Buyers, developers and agents judge the scheme, the area and the people behind it from a screen, often before they have spoken to anyone.

So the work starts with strategy: who the site is for, what they need to believe, and how each visit ends in a registration or an enquiry.

The brand, the website and the imagery are then made together in one studio, so every development can have its own identity without starting from scratch.

What the site has to prove

What the site has to prove,
and how we get it there.

01

That the home is worth seeing

Buyers need to picture living there. Imagery, motion and the order of the page do more of the selling than any paragraph.

02

That the area is right

A scheme sells its surroundings too. Maps, local places and the feel of the neighbourhood belong on the site as well as in the brochure.

03

That the seller can be trusted

Developers choosing an agent, and buyers choosing a home, are both looking for reasons to rule someone out. The site should leave them none.

04

One person from brief to launch

The person you brief designs, builds and makes the imagery. Nothing about the scheme is relayed second hand.

05

Imagery made in-house

Renders, motion and film are made alongside the build, so the visuals and the site are one project.

06

Built for the next scheme

The CMS is set up so your team can add developments, plots and pages without us, and Adapt is there if you want us to carry it forward.
