Luke
Founder & Creative Principal
Does the design, the build and the imagery. Whatever you brief at the start, Luke is the person who makes it, and the one you will speak to about the work itself.

Zoe
Operations & Finance
Runs the finance and admin side. If you hear from Zoe it is usually about gathering assets or following up, so the project keeps moving without landing on your desk twice.
The person you brief is the person who builds it.
Zoe and I run Pixel Silo between the two of us, from a studio in Cambridgeshire, and we intend to keep it that way.
The studio is the newer part. Before it I spent fifteen years in agencies, leading brand and creative digital work for ARM, Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Mubadala and a long run of technology and gaming companies. Large organisations, high scrutiny, and very little tolerance for work that only looks finished. Pixel Silo has been going for five years since.
Small studios usually get described as a compromise, as though the proper version of us would have a bigger team. It works the other way round here. Whoever you brief is the person who designs the thing, builds it and renders it. Nothing gets relayed second hand, and no decision gets made by someone who was not in the room for the original conversation.
Most of our clients have come through someone who worked with us before, or someone they sent. That is how we grow, so every project has to be good enough to be passed on.

How we practise
Six things that staytrue of every project.
01
Imagery and motion stay in-house
We make the renders, motion and film here, so the visual work and the build are one project.
02
You can run the site yourself
We use the platforms and technology that suit your business, and set your site up so your team can maintain it completely, with or without us.
03
We work the way you do
Founders, marketing teams, boards. Video updates, calls or in person, whichever suits how you run things.
04
The scope is fixed before design starts
You get a written scope, a timeline and a price before any design begins, so nothing about the cost or the schedule arrives as a surprise later.
05
The work ends up yours
Ownership transfers to you when the project is paid in full. Every final render, animation and asset is yours outright, and the contract says so before you sign it.
06
We work agentically
Agentic workflows where they earn their place. Human judgement stays in control of the design and the finished work.
