Regenta / Property Marketing

Regenta sells new build homes for developers, housing associations and local authorities. The site has to win over two audiences at once: developers deciding who should sell their scheme, and buyers looking for the right home. Every development needed its own identity without the team rebuilding pages each time.

We first worked with the business as SiteSales. Each development got its own CMS page with its own colours, imagery and textures, filterable plots, floorplans and a map. Enquiries trigger an instant reply and go straight into Sugar CRM. When SiteSales became Regenta, we were asked back for a full rebuild with a new design system and a clearer route to an enquiry.

They came back. The relationship ran from the first SiteSales build through the rebrand to Regenta and a full rebuild.
