Torre Search / Executive Search

Torre Search builds leadership teams for private capital investors and the businesses they back, mostly in software and technology. As a new firm with no site and no history to point to, it had to win the trust of investors and founders straight away, and show that its relationships and way of working set it apart from a standard recruiter. The site is for the firms doing the hiring; Torre finds the talent.

We created a focused brand of logo, colour and type, then built a digital identity around it. The circle in the O of Torre became the main graphic idea: a spyglass, and two overlapping circles that suggest a search being narrowed down. It drives the hero animations across the site. The Webflow CMS runs the services and the three specialist sectors, so the team can add and change them without help.
