Shillingham Vineyard

Shillingham is a family vineyard on the banks of the River Lynher in Cornwall, on what was once an arable and livestock farm. It had just been rebranded to stand out on a crowded wine shelf: bold, simple and clean, a clear break from the watercolour Cornwall look of the old site. The new site had to carry that confidence to everyone at once: people buying a bottle, visitors booking a tour or tasting, and the trade.

We designed and built the site around the new brand from another designer. Its black and white lines, drawn to suggest rolling fields and printed on every bottle, were animated in Cinema 4D so they ripple and move through the site as you scroll. A band of “Made of Cornwall” text weaves across the pages as you move down them. We rendered the bottles for the shop and cut the hero videos. It runs on Shopify, with tours and tastings bookable through Book That App.
